Mike Davis - President
Mike has 18 years experience in the IT industry with a strong history of successful leadership. Mike has held senior executive positions with AT&T Bell Laboratories, Accenture, Ernst & Young, and Coreon, Inc. He has received numerous awards and patents for software design and product delivery. Mike graduated with a Bachelors of Business Administration from Miami University and a Masters of Experimental Psychology in Artificial Intelligence from the University of Cincinnati.

Linda Davis - Vice President
In addition to being co-owner of UCR, Linda manages UCR’s office operations and human resources functions. Linda has over fifteen years experience in office management and administration, and over 7 years experience in technology program management. Before working at UCR, Linda held positions as technology program manager at AT&T and office supervisor at Entertainment Publications, Inc. Linda received her bachelors degree in Office Administration from Miami University.

Dan Thompson - Spare Parts Manager
Dan has responsibility for the UCR Spare Parts sales department, also known as sparepartswarehouse.com. Dan has worked in the electronics field since 1978.  He has been part of the UCR organization since 1990 as a technician and service department supervisor, prior to his promotion in 2003 to manage the UCR spare parts business.  Dan continues to maintain technical certifications on almost every product line we service.

Randy Hamilton - Manager, Service Repair Department
Randy has management responsibility for UCR’s service repair department, which includes five authorized service technicians.  He has been repairing computers, laptops and printers for over 12 years, and maintains repair certifications with numerous manufacturers, including HP, Lexmark, OKI, Sony, Toshiba, IBM, Compaq and others.  Randy has been with UCR since 1996.  He was promoted to manage the UCR service department in January, 2004.

Tom McMillan - Manager, Web and eCommerce Applications Department
Tom has management responsibility for UCR’s eCommerce applications services department, including web design, database design and development, search engine optimization and custom applications.   He has over 10 years of experience in the commercial business environment, with 4 years experience in applied applications development.  Tom earned his Bachelors degree in Computer Information Systems from DeVry University
